My name is Major, a family man, retired veteran, and now a mortgage broker. I am passionate about educating families on mortgages during their home-ownership journey. Whatever your financial situation may be, I am here to find the best loan options and ensure you are getting the best mortgage to meet your needs. My team and I will expertly guide you through the process ensuring you have a smooth experience. We desire to have long term relationships with our clients and earn the opportunity to aid in all mortgage needs throughout the different phases of life. I have your best interest at heart, and I am here to help you.
LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Major and I have been married for nearly two decades. While I recently officially joined his team, I have been by his side as he has built Major Money Matters. I help Major onboard new loan officers to the team, set up trainings for realtors, and focus on brand development. I am also a veteran, having served in the Navy for five years. We have four children and a dog, and make our home in Texas.

I met Major while I was leading a team of mortgage underwriters and we worked together to ensure a smooth process to close loans. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2018; I joined the team because I believe in him and his vision to truly help others achieve their dream. I am his loan coordinator, you will begin to work with me during pre-approval to loan submission. My husband and I live in Michigan with our two children and our dog.

Major and I met when we worked together at a previous loan company. I joined his team because I believed in him and the impact that he would have in the mortgage business (I WAS RIGHT). In addition to being a processor, I am his Production Manager advising him and the team on loan guidelines and how to accurately structure files for underwriting. My husband retired from the Air National Guard. We live in Texas with our 3 children, 3 cats, and 1 dog.

I have known Major and his family for over a decade. He and my husband are best friends who served in the Navy together. My role is to make the overall buying experience smooth from start to finish. You are most likely to work with me during Major’s special events and seminars, while you are in pre-approved status, and post-closing. My husband (active duty) and I make our home in San Diego, CA. Our boy/girl twins recently graduated from LSU (Geaux Tigers!).

I’ve worked alongside Major Singleton since the start of his career in 2019 and believe deeply in his mission to serve homebuyers—especially Veterans—with integrity and education. With 10 years in the mortgage industry, I specialize in VA loans and guide Veterans and their families from pre-approval to closing and beyond. I live in Florida with my Air Force Veteran husband and our two children—supporting military families isn’t just my profession, it’s personal.
